Of course. The website is designed to provide you many gift choices, but we are always creating new baskets. We can create a unique gift for any and every occasion. Feel free to email us at info@dolceinc.com or call the store at 770-817-9530 and one of our creative staff members will help you design the perfect gift. You can also send a smaller or larger gift than those you see offered on the site.
Will my basket appear exactly as it is depicted on the website?
We have a showroom open to the public where we are always showcasing new and innovative products and containers, so our inventory is constantly changing. We will assemble your basket to include the same types and value items, but the brands may change as we are constantly discovering new and exciting merchandise. All baskets will be wrapped in cellophane and tied with a festive bow. We reserve the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value. During warmer months we will substitute non chocolate items for chocolate products to maintain the quality you expect from us.
How can I place my order?
You have many options when it comes to ordering your gifts. You can order via our secure online shopping cart. In addition to ordering via the website, you may call us at 770-817-9530, email us at info@dolceinc.com or fax in an order at 770-817-9534.
How soon after I place an order will it ship out?
We will always try to ship your gift within one business day of when your order is placed. The few exceptions to this are multiple basket orders, custom logoed items and during the very busy holiday season. If you have an urgent request, please contact us at 770-817-9530 and we will try to accommodate your specific needs.
How do I order several gift baskets to be sent to different addresses?
You can download our large order form (live link). We are able to accommodate orders including gifts at various price ranges with different card messages, please just note this on the spreadsheet...
What happens if I provide wrong or incomplete shipping information?
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect and the gift is returned to us we will contact you and we will be happy to resend it for an additional delivery fee. Please check all addresses carefully to avoid additional delivery charges.
Can I place my order for shipment at a later date?
Definitely. We strongly encourage you to place your order early, especially during busy holiday seasons. We are happy to hold your order until a specified ship date of your choice.
Is there sales tax added to my order?
All orders delivered within Georgia will be charged state sales tax.
Can I include a special message on a card with my gift?
Of course! Your custom message is an important part of every gift. Write your message in the message box and we will attach a gift card to your basket.
Is ordering through your website safe and secure?
Yes. We have taken every measure to insure your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We will never share or sell our customer information. Your credit card information is only accessed by us through a secure server. It is important to us to maintain the trust and confidence of our customers. Your name and address information is used for billing purposes to confirm your credit card information, and to protect us against potential fraud. All customers placing an order will be placed on our communication list.
What payment options do I have when purchasing from Dolce?
We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We also offer corporate billing options pending credit approval.
I need to turn in a copy of my receipt for expenses (T &E), how do I obtain a receipt?
If you would like a copy of your receipt, please request it in the special instructions box when placing your order. We will be happy to send it to you via fax or mail.
What are your store hours?
We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 10 AM - 6 PM. We can open by appointment on M, T, TH, F. Please call in advance to set up an appointment. We can be reached at 770-817-9530. You may order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Do you guarantee your gift baskets?
We take great pride and care in the baskets we assemble. We only carry first class products that have been tasted at various food and gourmet shows. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we may have a chance to correct the problem.
What if my gift recipient has dietary restrictions such as they keep kosher or require sugar free products?
Our product line includes numerous items that fill special dietary niches. We have a variety of sugar free, heart healthy and kosher gourmet items. Dolce is not responsible for allergic reactions to any of the products. Many of our chocolate items are produced in a factory with nut products.
