A graduate of Emory University, she had an award winning career in special event planning and strategic marketing, even earning an Allie Award. She also had a dream, a file full of ideas and the desire to start her own business. During her six years of working for large companies, Laura decided she preferred red licorice to red tape. Thus, Dolce was born, a specialty food and gift basket company.
